Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives and drive business growth.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the orthotic and prosthetic market, expanding our reach and client base.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation centers, to promote our products effectively.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell a comprehensive range of products, including Lower and Upper Limb Prosthetics, Cosmetic Restoration solutions, Orthotics, and more.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities through continuous market research, allowing for proactive adjustments in strategy.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborative Feedback: Work closely with the product development team to relay customer insights and market demands, contributing to the innovation of our product offerings.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with potential clients and drive sales.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance, making necessary adjustments to strategies to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, especially within the healthcare or medical devices sector.
Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' needs and create personalized treatment plans for orthotic and prosthetic solutions.
- Device Fabrication & Fitting: Design, fabricate, fit, and adjust prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices to ensure optimal functionality and comfort.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient care.
- Patient Education: Provide clear instructions and education to patients on the use, care, and maintenance of their devices, ensuring they feel confident and supported.
- Innovation & Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in prosthetics and orthotics, incorporating new technologies and techniques into practice.
- Follow-Up Care: Offer ongoing follow-up care to monitor patient progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure long-term success.

Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Prosthetics and Orthotics from a recognized institution.
- Certification: Certification from a recognized professional body (e.g., ISPO) is highly preferred.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on experience in prosthetic and orthotic device fabrication and fitting.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in designing and fitting custom prosthetic and orthotic devices.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
